1. Bow in.

2. Gogyo no Kata and Atemi no Tanren (Basic Striking Practice)

3. Ukemi Gata (rolling and breakfall practice)

4. Kihon Happo Practice

5. Technical instruction - basics

6. Break

7. Gyokko Ryu Kata (forms) and Henka (variations)

8. Sword Kihon (basics), Kata (forms) and/or Henka (variations)

9. Ryutai Undo and Kokyupo (Stretching and Breathing Exercises)

9. Bow out.
